Need an Official Docket or Record?
The Charlevoix County Clerk keeps 33rd Circuit Court records. The 90th District Court and the 7th Probate District Court maintain their own case records through their court staff. Use the court identifier and case number when calling, writing, or visiting. Michigan court-record access is governed by court rules, so a county FOIA request is not a substitute for a judicial case-record request.
